PrivacyAny personal information that you provide to StealthNET ("StealthNET") will be held by us in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. StealthNET is registered as a Data Controller with the Information Commissioner with registration number Z7443057. Recordings of telephone calls that you make using the StealthNET service ("Recordings") will be stored for 60 days starting on the date on which the Recording is made. Recordings are stored by StealthNET Limited. StealthNET shall not itself or permit any person to access or listen to a Recording without your prior consent, unless it is required to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction or a body with the authority to compel StealthNET to do so. If you make a complaint to StealthNET about our service, then we will use the details that you provide to us in order to deal with your complaint. If necessary, we may disclose these details to Otelo (the Office of the Telecommunications Ombudsman) in order to help to resolve your complaint. |
